Decreasing wins every year until year 4, when he won one extra game, only due to playing one extra due to weather. Never should have been extended prior to last season. He had two years remaining on his contract.

I am somewhat surprised to see this. This tells me a lot about our new AD.

yep, Gilliian demands results, he is trying to run the athletic dept like a P5 school, he will not let a coach use the excuse that because he coaches at a G5 school he somehow isn't going to be held to a higher standard.

I was pretty pumped about this until I saw where our former HC who went 91-221 and was fired is heading up the search. Unbelievable....
