RBI double on Fox's 125th pitch. Even with a short pen, that's a ton of pitches.

Leadoff base hit for Proctor! Let's go, Rice - get the runs back!

How on earth do you throw 125 pitches in six innings and not give up way more runs than he did?

100% agree. Unfortunately, since we don't even trust at least a third of our pitchers on the team to even take the mound, we are forced to pitch Otto yet again.

The only rational I can think of is Wayne plans to yank him for a pinch runner at some point and, unlike last weekend, doesn't want to get burned with a weak replacement hitter in the middle of the lineup.

.. and here we go. Staab in for DiCaprio.

Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Why does Wayne keep doing this, and so early in the game? Dom was only 3-3 on the night. Geez. I guarantee this will come back to bite us.

ETA - no

I think FAU has more depth in the pen at this point and can afford a change.

Like by a factor of 5. FAU's stength is the depth and quality of their bullpen.

If I were Glenn's dad, I would be having a not-so-pleasant conversation with our coaching staff.

I honestly do not mind the coaching staff using Otto in this situation.

You're in it to win it. No pain, no gain.

Now, if we lose today and he pitches again tomorrow, I'll ask questions.
