5-1 going into the bottom of the 7th. Hopefully Powers can go 2 more innings or at least complete the 8th. He has thrown a gem and only 93 pitches through 7.

Good 5-1 win and Powers pitched a complete game.

Next game at 7:00 versus Charleston in an elimination game where the winner will need to beat UNCW twice tomorrow to win the tournament

Bodie Sheehan will be going against Charleston's Nathan Ocker. We did not face Ocker before and he has only pitched a max of 4 innings in a game before so we may expect a number of pitchers today.

Yep....tall order, but pull out that first game and anything can happen. Need great efforts from Gaouette and Aker tomorrow. Complete game from Powers was huge today...

First game start time bumped to
10 am to try to get ahead of Bonnie which doesn't help our cause for rest. May be touch and go how much play they get in, regardless, with early rain cells.
