USF, UCF, Cincinnati, Memphis to bring Big 12 to 14. Anything not going East is just bidding time for collapse of the Big 12. That is where the TV markets are and that is what pays the bills.

UCF is a flash in the pan, having not won a single freakin' game last year thanks to not having their stud QB anymore. USF is a never-was that had the opportunity to shine in the Big East, but largely failed to capitalize. If schools like Texas and Oklahoma were to play either one, they'd be largely viewed as being body bag opponents for the bigger named schools. Now, I'm not entirely saying that's JUSTIFIED mind you...but that's how the majority of folks would view those games. "Texas vs. University of Directional Florida". UConn might suck awfully in football, but at least their brand name in basketball carries a little more cache' and props them up a little when the bigger names play them.
