I have always had GREAT luck with Koch's. I should point out that Greg Koch is a buddy of mine. Regardless, they do fantastic work on custom jerseys.

Koch's is a great place. Since he's a top draft pick, I would also check the Bengals web site Pro Shop or give them a call. They generally put out personalized jerseys of their top picks soon after the draft.
