Were the cops doing it to everyone or just black people? Because I read that they would go to the mall and just do it to black people.

When I go deer hunting I tend to go to where the deer are. I'm going to be far more productive setting up a stand on the Milk River Valley section of Montana than I am if I set up a stand in Times Square.

We are talking about the Mall. People go to the mall to shop. Including black people. The fact that they were instructed to go to the mall and specifically target and harass black people is wrong and you know it.
