Well, the forces loyal to the former government LOL. It's crazy. Even the terrorist groups are trying to one-up each other. If you can find somebody that's NOT a terrorist to support, that's your best bet.

Why not let them just fight themselves and then deal with whichever side wins?

I don't know, but IMO we're better off supporting whomever is fighting Al Qaeda and the other obvious terrorist groups. That seems to be the calculation.

As history has proven, when it comes to these folks, whoever we support today we will fight in the future.

I know. And whomever we're fighting will be using our own weapons too. We can't win over there.

Can't please everyone. I figure it's best to fight the winner than pick one of the combatants to fight. Heck, if you pick one then the two join together and we have to fight both. Better to let them thin themselves out first, IMO.

I'm sure they will embrace democracy in Yemen to the same level as Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq and Iran do.
