There actually is a Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. They're DII though. And not exactly an athletics juggernaut at that level either.

They should renamed the NE Oklahoma A&M to University of Miami of Oklahoma, and turn them into a 4 year university.

And then to go along with Miami (OK) and Miami (OH), Portland State should rename themselves Miami so we can have Miami (OR).
