Each credit is worth $260,814 this year, but my question was how is that divided up in the conference? I assume the team actually playing the game gets a larger payout.

CUSA will get about $1.6 mil to divide up over 6 yrs

We were a 4 seed in that region. Actually higher than Indiana and Kentucky. Upset yes. Biggest in history, hardly. Having beat Kentucky the year before, many gave us a good chance to beat Virginia on our home court.

I would tank the Florida Gulf Coast win over Georgetown as a bigger upset.

Mtsu will play Syracuse Sunday. ... that is a great setup for a sweet 16.

Agreed. MTSUs ride may not end this next game. Would be great for CUSA.

Makes the second year in a row CUSA has knocked off the champion of a power 5 conference in first round of NCAAs.

I'm enjoying pulling for SFA right now. That would be two teams that we beat win a tournament game. But mostly bc they are in the same boat as us and deserve to whip the big boys that won't play them. They came to Bartow so they get my respect.

I agree that was an amazing time in our history. Maybe us old folks will live long enough to witness another run like that one day. You talked about the most disappointed losses the other day, I still remember leaving the civic center after the Louisville game knowing how close we were to a final four.

We aren't too many more NCAA bids for have the record for most appearances with a final four. :-(

Boeheim will have some oddball defense drawn up to defend Potts and Harris. I hope MTSU can shoot that well again.
