Altitude Attitude
There's been some talk regarding how the teams will fare in the higher altitude of Denver.

I don't know how the entire team will do but three of Purdue's big men (Haas, Edwards and Swanigan) all participated in international team tryouts last summer in Colorado Springs.

Haas and Edwards didn't ultimately make their respective teams but Swanigan did make the U19 Fiba team which participated in Greece. His stay in Colorado Springs was closer to two weeks.

Those tryouts won't make them adapt any quicker but it does provide some experience to know how they will be affected and plan accordingly.

The Bigs are a bit of a concern. Fortunately for Purdue they have the two best centers in the BigTen and will sub them frequently if necessary. Purdue plays 9 regularly.

Purdue has 2 big time centers for one position. Doubt the altitude will affect them in the least. Somehow we have to keep Lis out of foul trouble, but not sure that is possible.
