If your guys keep calm, it looks like you can definitely do this. Went through a stretch midway through the half where there were a number of possessions with forced shots and you ended up surrendering the lead. Play Trojan basketball and you got this.

Is your coach always this wound up? I'm just watching on my computer at work and not seeing everything, but he's getting a lot of screen time and reacts to almost every play. I like it.

We damn sure nearly lost it because we couldn't make free throws at the end. But, we wouldn't have been in it without a great effort from everyone, and especially Josh. Got to give it to the crowd too, they got behind us in the second half, like they usually do for the underdog, and made it like a home game.

What was Roger thinking on that quick 3 there at the end?

Let's just call it a 'senior' moment and move on...to the second round!

So what did we do right? It is hard to think about stats after a game like that. We held them to 41% overall and 32% from the arc. We got beat on the boards, but only by seven, which is not bad considering their size. And we had only NINE turnovers in a double-overtime game. We had zero blocks to their seven, but we had 13 steals to their two.

Poor free throw shooting almost cost us the game yesterday. We've got to shoot better at the line.

Purdue was a pretty good team this year. They beat Florida, Pitt, Vandy, Wisconsin, Michigan, #8 Michigan State, #10 Maryland and Wisconsin.

But they didn't beat us.

Iowa State has beaten#1 Kansas, #6 Oklahoma, #22 Baylor, Texas Tech, #20 Iowa, Colorado, VaTech, #23 Texas, and Cincinnati among others.

But, I 'm not so sure they will beat us.
