RE: Super Tuesday thread
Massachusetts is a key state for Sanders. If he somehow wins that state, Super Tuesday is a victory regardless of how the other states play out.

At this point, seeing how Virginia on the Republican side plays out, and Massachusetts on the Democratic side, could be very telling stories for the rest of the month.

That's such an odd dynamic too. It's not just black voters either I suspect (but I haven't looked at the numbers). I think it might also be Southern white women who don't particularly care for Sanders? But either way, a bunch of states which will never vote blue in November are seemingly giving Hillary the Democratic nomination.

RE: Super Tuesday thread
Trump in neck and neck with Rubio in Virginia.

Trump in 3rd place in Oklahoma exit polls but exit polls aren't always right.

It's looking like Cruz may win Texas and Oklahoma. Kasich may win Vermont and Rubio with a close chance in Virginia. Not the Trump Wave his supporters were looking for tonight.

Not likely Trump reaches the ceiling of 50% in any state so he'll split the delegates with others.

No that's what I say. Clinton was ahead from 3 to 11 percentage points in the polls from the past week. I think Sanders can play up the fact that he's losing to Clinton in states that the Democrats are going to lose anyway. But in states they can win (outside of Virginia which is a toss up state), so far he's done very well against Clinton.

I was noticing that today. Clinton is claiming she is inevitable when she is only winning by more than the narrowest margin in states she can't possibly win in November.

1.) Trump gets enough delegates
2.) Goes to the convention where delegates don't matter.

Saw that on NBC. More media nonsense. There have hardly been any delegates awarded so far. Today is only about 1/4 of the total.

It may not be likely, but it is very possible, especially if one of the two were to drop out after today. And you never know when Donald might actually blow himself up with one of his comments and see his support virtually disappear overnight.

None of the above? Maybe some of them have sense.

Black people were not feeling the Bern. He tried hard. I think McCain got more black votes. 03-lmfao

Rubio has to quit. No way can he afford to lose FL by 20 points and still have a political career.

Clinton starting to pull ahead of Sanders in Massachusetts now. That might only leave Oklahoma (what's the deal there - they just hate people from Arkansas?) and perhaps Minnesota and Colorado as Sanders bright spots? The narrative might be Clinton is a done deal after tonight for sure.

So far the early story on the Republican side is Rubio isn't doing that great, outside of a decent showing in Virginia. All these endorsements, negative ads and late voter turnout deciding on him, and he's still running third in most of the states.

Why do you keep trying to make the Dem race a thing? It was over after the 50 point South Carolina rout.

Actually, I'm seeing the opposite, and not just because I'm not a Trump supporter.

Trump was expected to walk away easily but is struggling in several states and since none of these states are Winner Take All states, after the delegate counts tonight, he's gonna have far fewer than many expected he'd have.
