Twitter is a bi-directional communications channel. We hear the good from the MAC office. I have no problems letting them know the 'bad and the ugly.'

I have been a big MAC fan for 25 years. I knew one of the asst commissioners for a number of years. That, however, does not mean I can't and shouldn't be critical if I deem justified...
