its 60/90 minutes from the suburbs/city. There are way too many other things, pro sports, or general entertainment to make anyone want to go and hour plus to a football game.

compared to detroit and cleveland. Toledo sounds like the better option. Chicago is a destination city for the world. That makes it hard to get people in the area to go west for entertainment when there is nearly unlimited otpions in and around the city
