Much more meaningful than debates.
Listened to Bernie Sanders and Jeb Bush in town hall.
I thought the format was far better suited to get direct answers with depth than the format of debates. I got much more out of each in this manner than before.
Listened the other day for an hour of Charlie Rose interviewing the late Antonin Scalia. Brilliant man. Really hadn't had a chance to listen to Scalia before. Rose too is a smart cookie and the questions were incisive and meant to keep you off balance. I like hearing and seeing people answer questions as opposed to reading about. A lot can be discerned by watching with listening both the question(er) and answer(er). You also avoid the editing of written text.
