Yep. I read that the day it came out. I thought it was cool. I actually read it twice, then had to go to a forum to figure out the connections and who was who. WoW can't come soon enough.

RE: OT: Game of Thrones - Potential Spoilers
I have a question for those of you who read the books (and if you haven't, this might be in the nature of a spoiler):

Having read through Book Five, and I simply don't remember the "reveal" that it was Lysa, in cahoots with Littlefinger, who poisoned Jon Arynn. I have always thought that the killing of Jon Arynn was entirely a Cersei Lannister action in reaction to Arynn's discovery that her children were incestuous-born ("the seed is strong").

Did I miss this important point from the books?

Yeah, the scene in the show was pretty much how it went down in the book (A Storm of Swords).

Ramsey said that he was just as good as a pet now.

I'm just realizing how comprehensive GRRM's universe is. Many novels have war, a little less have the political intrigue, I can't name very many that consider who finances the war.

RE: OT: Game of Thrones - Potential Spoilers
I'm ready for the season finale this coming Sunday. It will be epic and I will not tell what is going to happen with Tyrion...and...Tywin. I also know what will be the epic thriller at the start of the next season...unless they reveal it next Sunday which I don't think they will considering all the other events they have to play out. Stay tuned...

I enjoyed it, I just wish it wasn't 100% about the wall.

I'm assuming that is the last we see of Jon Snow for this season though.
