It only took 27 years for a football facility to get BOT approval. Baby steps.

If you think he is retired & has no influence on the BOT, think again.

The funds coming in for the Campaign For UAB was sucking wind & the BOT had not planned on the funds drying up.

They had no other choice.

The funds drying up after dropping football during a bowl eligible season would have come as no surprise to a board and president who had any grip on reality. I swear this state is often like an Alice in Wonderland bizarro world.
