Tiger fans let's unite and start a gofundme page to raise the $10 million buyout. It will keep the boosters from paying it AND gets the "little guy" to be involved in the process. Who's in? I got 5 on it!!

They can and will unload JP. They just will have to go get a coach on the cheap. ETSU or UALR has coaches we can get for 300K. Its a gamble but JP has to go now. It's over for him.

The UofM is a public institution...the city has ~1million people....$10 entertainment tax for this year....heck every year...make it $20 and we have P5 monies!

A $300k dollar a year coach isn't going to help attendance next year and will be a sunk cost for at least three years. And if that guy never gets it going, then the program may not ever really recover.

It's probably better in the long term to let Pastner coach next year as a lame duck if you're going to be able to make a better hire then.

Doing something just to do something is often times a mistake.
