Looks like I forgot to post the updated week 11 scores. Whoops. I did update the standings though. I'll get those posted tonight.

I just weighed in for the last time of the competition. Next week, I will be on the road for work all week with little chance of finding a real scale.

So my stats....

I started the competition at 194.6 lbs. My lowest weight was 184.0 at last weeks weigh in. That was right around the time that I changed my workouts to a new program which included upping my caloric intake to about 2,800 per day. This week I weighed in at 187.0.

All in all, I am happy with my results. I lost 4 inches on my waste, 2 inches on my hips, gained 1/2 inch on each leg, and chest and arms stayed the same (but look much different).

Thanks to niusfactuary for going through this process and putting in all the work each week.

Ha, I can't believe I've clinched a spot already despite my middling overall weight loss. I've been extremely in all my matchups.

And speaking of lucky, this comes at the perfect time -- I'm going to be out of the country for two weeks, which will wreak havoc on my meal planning. I'm going to make every effort to weigh in from Tokyo next Tuesday, though.
