Oh dear.

This might give Bernie Sanders a small opening to work with. This also helps the non-traditional guys on the Republican end as well. If she's insulting the intelligence community now, what will she pull off if she's the President? She's less trustworthy than Obama - and would make for a weaker world leader than him.

There will be no indictment from the DOJ but the report will leak.

For context, the Bush DOJ brought charges, based upon an FBI investigation, which led to the conviction of Alaskan Senator Ted Stevens just before his 2008 election. These charges caused him the election and ultimately provided the Democratic margin for the passage of ACA. Subsequently it was determined that the DOJ had withheld exculpatory evidence, the conviction was overturned and the charges dismissed with prejudice. But we still got Obamacare.

That's what happens with a non-partisan DOJ.
