UCLA men's BB won a bunch in a row back in the day 60's-70's. UNC women's soccer I'd bet won more than 5 in a row. The islanders won 4 in a row in the early 80s.

Jsu has about 1/4 of the stadium filled with their fans, so 5k. That may be the best turnout by a non-ndsu fan base since it moved to Frisco.
This is a boring football game with jsu not showing up.

If you're suggesting it's because comcast owns NBC, that's not how it works. It's based on number of set top boxes that are tuned in.

On the twitter trending, hs all star game is also out trending and the FCS game isn't even showing up.

It's not apples to oranges. My argument is that the FCS NC game gets less viewers and attention than the HS All Star game. The fact that NBC is carrying the HS game whereas ESPN2 is broadcasting the FCS game does not change anything. There are games and shows on ESPN2 all the time that get more viewers than something that's on NBC at the same time.

Besides, if espn or their parent company, ABC, felt that putting this game on one of those two channels would increase viewership enough to drive up ad revenues to justify it, then I'm sure it wouldn't be on espn2.

ESPN and abc have NFL playoff programming this weekend and that is why this game is on espn2. They also showed one P5 mbb game on ESPN earlier.
What else does NBC have to broadcast right now? The fact that a high school game is on shows that the answer is nothing.

For four consecutive years, dolley and others were so sure this would be the year someone beat ndsu.
How many games does a team have to win before you finally say, "I'll believe it when I see it"?

Was this the first time they've worn a green helmet? I only remember them wearing yellow helmets previously.

They unveiled those alternate helmets with the wheat on them last year I think. Not the first time they were worn.
