Congratulations. The kid did his job and now he's going to be a millionare. Good for him. I'm hopeful he can be an ambassador to the University and we see him standing on the sidelines of football games every once in a while.

Yep. He made Fuente millions too.

Good for both of them but the 1-4 finish is on Fuente. He should have finished what he started.

I am extremely disappointed that we, at a minimum, did not get one "Boom...outa here!!!!!" during this.

Well that's because most of those fans who say Boom...outta here have been boomed outta here by those who do not live here. 02-13-banana or they are fireworked out.

Glad for Paxton, and look forward to watching him in the nfl.

Just as an aside, I wonder how close he is to getting his degree. Not that he will likely NEED it, but there might come a day when he WANTS it.

He's going to be Tony Romo's backup next year.

Dallas has one of the best Offensive lines in the NFL.

That would be great for him. Like them or not the Cowboys are still one of the most-followed teams and Jerry Jones will spend $ to get good players. Just please don't let him land in Buffalo, Cleveland, or Miami.

He graduates this spring

Which means, he probably doesn't graduate right now. This spring is going to be all about working out with an NFL trainer. Steinberg has probably already moved him to Houston or LA. Sometimes draft prospects finish the spring semester, but many times they don't.

But so what? He has been prepared by college to have a very profitable career. That's what it's mostly about. And he can complete that final semester any time.
