Looked like Reggis Ball, #39... Not a good look...

His third knucklehead move of the day. Good riddance.

How have you not been permabanned from this board? From your posts it is obvious you are no Tiger fan. You've either got something on someone here, or you're a personal friend of somebody with a lot of pull.

Seems like he was spot on about Regis.

I expected a lot better from the offense.

It'll be interesting to see which direction we go next season under Norvell.

A 6-6 Auburn team might have been able to win our conference.

A 6-6 Auburn team that was almost 3-9?

But wasn't and yes.

Multiple Choice:

Memphis player runs past me carrying what I'm guessing was a game ball. Auburn tried to get back. player runs away while giving the finger.

Memphis player No. 39 just ran to Auburn equipment personnel, tackled him and stole a football

Memphis football player just walked over to Auburn's sideline and stole their footballs and was tackled by a manager. Can't make this up.

We just got throttled by a better, more athletic team. Receivers were covered, Lynch didn't have a good game, and the game plan was poor. Way too many short passes and never broke any of them. The best chance of a big play on one of these patterns was dropped.

I thought the defense fought hard. They kept us in the game. Doing nothing offensively and two special teams miscues (punt returns) left the defense in tough spots.

So, despite losing 4 of the last 5, it was a very enjoyable season. I hope Coach Norvell can get it done here. It's definitely not easy, but Fuente proved it can be done. We need to be one of the top candidates for conference expansion, so we need to keep winning...

I agree with everything you said except better team. Seems like Memphis fans have been brainwashed about SEC by ESPN and other media. Many a 4-5 star player that starts in SEC don't pan out. I.e. Mark Dotson. Auburn has a lot of 4-5 star so you assume they are better.
We proved over 12 games we were better team. With all that we had going against us, we still were within a TD fairly late. If we play our normal game with good game plan, we beat this team. They had no good wins that I recall without googling it.

What an idiot!! We will be all over the media and others will have a field day with this. It's a good thing he is a senior..he would never wear a Tiger uniform again.

He has had more than 1 bad game in his last 5.. Navy, Temple.. He hasn't helped himself in this game at all.. The announcer has said it and some people on ESPN have also..

Do you think his performance in those games (as well as today's game) was impacted at all by the offensive play calling?
Yes, a lot of it has been play calling!!

Play calling has nothing to do with him missing the target. Or throwing to wrong target. You are really making every excuse you can aren't you/
Would you pay attention and go bk and read and quit assuming things.. Paxton has looked bad for 3 or 4 out of his last 5 games he has been in.. I personally think his draft stock has dropped.. But also the play calling has sucked in a few games also!!

I'm disappointed with how the game turned out...I'm worried that Pax could've gotten hurt...and/or hurt his NFL prospects a tad bit. The country didn't see the QB that ESPN was raving that he was for this entire season.
Our game plan stunk, we made no adjustments....and as I stated before...I've been a fan for 43 years now..I'm emotionally and somewhat financially invested in this program. I cannot contribute what some on this board can and do....but I can say they are significant. Therefore as grumpy as I feel...I think I'm entitled to grumble a bit when we give such a lackluster showing.

so much of our conversations are in the way we enunciate words or how we say them. Sometimes you cannot tell when someone is being real or sarcastic..unless you just 'know' the person. But yeah...you're right

I cannot believe how bad the offense look today. All they did was throw to the sidelines the whole game. The play calling was atrocious.

when we did run the ball in the 4th quarter some...we were effective enough for me to realize that we should have run to set up our passing game.
Its like Dickey had no confidence in our running game....curious as he was the running backs coach.
What is it with Memphis and running backs coaches anyway?

We did try to run it in the first half. Remember the 3rd and 25 when we ran a draw up the middle. In long yardage plays, we ran it, with probability of making a first down very low. We had no success running the ball in the first half ( I think we had under 35 yards rushing). We had, I think, 79 yards total offense at the half?

You can be mad and wasn't really talking to you. One poster has been negative since Paxton missed his first catch. He is even calling on Ball to be dead or in jail in three years.

I am not even trolling him. I am upset about a tiger fan in this thread saying Ball will end up dead or in jail. That pisses me off to hear a fan talk about a player like that.
