We need improved play from him to win the CAA.

I am with you there...this was not a one game aberration.

We need him to be a 10pt - 8 reb guy that is not a walking foul machine.

Hart --

I know you were only joking...I appreciate the apology, heartfelt or not. I agree that when right, Dalembert can be a terrific player. He showed flashes as a freshman, beating out Bessick at one point. He played well enough as a sophomore to be third team all conference. He was picked as a top ten player coming into this season, but has not lived up to expectations. He lacks explosion at the moment....hopefully he gets it back before the end of the season. Brady has not played Serb and Dalembert together much, until a brief snippet last weekend. Will be interesting to see that again. Gives the Dukes a bigger team and perhaps makes them tougher to defend....I thought it was Curry, Brown, Kent, Serb and Dalembert together (correct me if I'm wrong). As Brady has said, need three consistent scorers on offense. Would be nice to see all of the weapons in sync at the same time. Only recent offensive consistency has come from Curry and Serb, although Grays has been better over the recent stretch.

I don't mean bad on barkers, but the staff found out who the leak was. I think they fixed the leak.

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.
Brady did a solid job of fixing some things, some things I don't agree with but for most part I am happy with changes. Mainly the oversight on academics, player accountability and how practices are ran.

No need to tell the village about microscopic bits and pieces when over all thing is going forward in right direction.

Have a wonderful new year.

o hey barkers. word? Cheers 04-cheers

I've always appreciated the insight that Barkers brings. If it has to come with some cloak & dagger stuff...so be it.

That said, I've always wondered who he/she could be and how the leaks have never been discovered. So in the spirit of identity, I'm throwing these additional names out there:
Joe the Bouncer
Chucky Driesell
Vladamir Cuk- tall skinny men's hoops player who never played
Julie Franken- stalwart player on mid 80s women's hoops team
Ghost of Terry Holland
Jerry Roadcap-obscure 3rd string QB in the early 80s
The Greek Lot Witch (z-lot)- Mrs Rodeffer was her name according to the mailbox

Early on he described himself as a student who was once recruited by some Div 1 schools and who knows someone who lives with a team manager, or something like that.

I met with Jerry Roadcap last year a couple of times. I assure you his interest in the state of JMU basketball would be close to non existent, other than wanting it to be a great program, like all alums. He is now retired and has a place down south somewhere. Jerry was basketball coach and OC for football at King George many years ago. Had some tragedy in his life and finished his career in Woodbridge area. A good guy. I doubt he could tell you names of 2 players on JMU's team.

RE: JMU Best Center in College Basketball?
Brady's press conference today touched on the Dalembert issue multiple times and he is anxious for him to break out. It is worth the watch if you like to know how Brady thinks and his decision making process. He also addressed the topic of not playing Dalembert and Cabarkapa at the same time and admitted that he is not aligned with the rest of the staff on that key decision. He says it is for defensive reasons, but elaborates that he may need to play them more together especially when the opponent has 2 bigs on the court who can't hurt JMU with lateral quickness.

From today's DNR, Yohanny says " it is always about the work you put in, You always get back from it. So I have just got to keep pushing, getting in the gym and keep making changes, watching film and learning from my mistakes. So I am going to keep doing it, and it is going to pay off"

I think he will get back to last years level of play, soon hopefully.

I appreciate that, it's hard to say something without rubbing someone the wrong way or even going too far into realm or unethical conduct. I don't think I ever crossed that line, and I was extra careful as an employee not to. Believe it or not some changes did come from the laundry being aired out. Brady did make some smart staffing and significant changes I how he ran the program. Obviously these board messages don't influence coaching decisions however I know for a fact a few meatings were held about "internal leaks" and in those meetings the content of the leaks was discussed and evaluated. As we know a lot of the complaints and critic had merit so at least the AD and Brady had to face it and know that it was out there in public. I would like to believe it forced an urgency that was lacking before.

If anyone really is that interested in finding out my identity and talking Acc and Caa sports over a beer, you can always message me or meet me for a beer at 3 brothers brewing, you can't miss a 6'8 former athlete I assure you.

You are that guy who goes the extra mile to post very funny sarcastic pictures.
Does it bother you that much that I can root loud and proud as a fan yet still have a level headed mind and critic where I see flaws, or more of the fact that some one from the AD office and I had a actual meeting about some of the opinions on this board and areas that could be improved in program.

Now if you will excuse deez nuts and hop off of them, I gotta get going so I don't miss my middle finger of a dinner.
