MyBB 12-22 CUSA Games
There are some important image games for the conference tonight.

La Tech over FGCU would be big. Not because of the opponent but because they'd secure their 3rd road win to match UAB's.

Middle over Georgia St would leave GSU 2-2 against CUSA teams (W's: ODU, So Miss L's: UAB). It would give them their 2nd road win with a shot at a 3rd against South Dakota St. They'd have the best OOC in the league with those 2 wins.

ODU puts their streak on the line against a SOLID Rhode Island team. The Monarchs need this one bad. I have not lost hope in them and feel they could right the ship with this win.

Rice could get to .500 with a win at South Alabama. South is not very good this year. Southern Miss got them last week.

WKU is 5-0 at home this year. Detroit will be pesky. I expect them to win this one.

REALLY interesting game for Charlotte who hosts a reeling Georgetown team. The Hoyas have lost to a mediocre Radford, and a pretty solid dancing Monmouth team, and a so so UNCA team at home this season.

I expect Marshall to beat a solid Grand Canyon team in Vegas. GC has wins over Houston and San Diego State. Marshall is going to be okay this year. I like what they've been doing lately.

I'd give UTSA, FIU, So Miss, and FAU about a 25% chance to win their games. Would not be shocked to see all 4 lose.

8-2 would be fantastic but I'd say 6-4 is more likely.

Marshall loses to Grand Canyon 85-81
FIU beats on the road Binghamton 66-49
USM loses at Tulane 60-49
ODU beats Rhode Island 71-65
FAU loses at Hofstra 68-54
La Tech beats FGCU on the road 66-63
Charlotte loses a close one to Georgetown 72-69
MTSU loses at Ga St 64-62 on two last second free throws
UTEP beats Sam Houston St 87-68
UTSA loses at home to Cal Poly 88-73
UAB beats Hiwasse 116-43
WKU beats Detroit 79-74
Rice loses to USA 74-67

CUSA goes 6-7...although the top teams in the league went 5-1 w/ WKU beating the #39 RPI team. La Tech is now 10-2. Maybe we can score some legitimate wins at the top of the conference after all.

We were so close to being 6-0 in the top tier. Middle gave that game away in Atlanta. GSU went 3-1 in CUSA.

Mtsu is projected to finish with a decent rpi now. The top 5 are projected to finish in the top 117. The issue once again is going to be when any of us lose on the road to the trash at the bottom. We have 7 teams projected on the wrong side of 250 now.

The bottom half just needs to not suck and the upper half simply cn'at lose to the bottom half. Just not suck, that's all I ask of the bottom dwellers.

Glad we are playing them is Ruston. I'd love nothing more than to end their streak at 44 when we play them.
