I haven't read through this whole thread as I'm sure I've read all the responses from all the usual suspects in plenty of other similar threads over the last few years. But in regards to "Dixie" it is interesting to note that it was most likely written by Thomas and / or Ellen Snowden. Black folk from Knox County Ohio that later taught it to Dan Emmett. Just an interesting little historical tidbit.

The science is very simple. The measures you outlined do not provide a reliable method to detect or prevent impersonation voter fraud, for the reasons that I indicated.
