You would think that the burden of being undefeated
could become heavier each game we play. On the other hand, we are developing a confidence that we can beat anyone we play, and that's a terrific trait for a team to develop. As long as we continue to play at the high level we've been playing on defense, we'll have a chance in every game. Some nights your shots don't fall and the other team's do, but that's just athletics. We have a shot to be undefeated going into conference, which would be unbelievable, but we can't overlook anyone at this point. The old "take one game at a time" really comes into play at this point. Assuming we can win this weekend at home against Northern Arizona, which isn't guaranteed, I think Texas Tech will be our toughest test to get past. You know Coach Beard will want to win that one, having coached there for a number of seasons. We'll be ready.04-cheers
