All teams recruit the best players they can find every year. There is no such thing as holding back for fear of hurting another players feeling. There is such thing as entitlement in football.

Brady will earn his playing time by beating out Furgeson or Howard or whoever else rises to the top. Nothing in anything we have seen or heard from or about Davis says he is afraid of competition.

I think Brady wins the job. Maybe not to start the season...but by mid season he is the starter.

I hope he does, because if he indeed wins the job, he is going to be a complete stud. Ferguson can flat out play and has some experience with this type of offense. They are both very talented, we should be very happy with whoever wins the job.
