Mid-year juco signee, no longer a recruit...
Technically he is still a recruit until he enrolls in January.
No, when the LOI is received, he is technically a signee and CMN can speak openly about him. Now, he may never showup for the first class - doubtful, but possible. Either way, he is now technically a signee.

You are right, 87, and not to get too technical (pun intended), but he is not "technically a signee", he is a signee. Coaches can talk about him all they want once the signed LOI has been returned.

Cook's big time. If his head is on straight he could be one of the better corners to play here. Good size and likes to hit, he could end up at Safety as well. That decision will be based on need.
