East or West?
Which division is stronger/better?
East has won football the last 2 years. Not sure about the other sports.
What do you guys think?

RE: East or West?
Right now:
East - Marshall, WKU, MTSU
West - La Tech, USM, and Rice (I'm still not sure when the wheels came off rice though)
I'd say East wins as the overall-top half right now in football..
Baseball: Take the West in a heartbeat
Men's Basketball: We all are stinkin' up the joint! :) (I know there is no E/W in basketball!)
Women's Basketball: Kinda a tossup right now (I think, but I'd have to go look but probably the Eastern teams because of Charlotte?)

Speaking of Women's Basketball, CUSA Women's basketball is the 10th highest ranked conference at the moment, according to rpi. Much better than the men's.
Oh...fwiw, UTEP has an rpi of #9, Charlotte #63, FAU #89, USM #110, MTSU #112, WKU #128, Marshall #138.
Of course, it's still early and rpi numbers can be all over the place this early in the season.

East or West?

I disagree. I think they will be about even, with the West taking the CCG though.
Next year, in the East, you have to think Marshall is the favorite, with WKU and MTSU battling in 2nd.
In the west, you'll have a probable conference champ in USM, and another good LTU squad.
