If he gets offered this type of job for that kind of money then he has to take it as that is what is best for him and his family. As we all know the decisions we make are for family and our future. That means his loyalty to NIU is third down the list unfortunately. Also what about Monti? Could be end up going back to Wisconsin?

According to NIU SID, Frazier said he's not a candidate for Illinois job, hasn't spoke to them about it.

There's a bridge for sale in Brooklyn if you believe anything she says.

All communication have been done via email so technically he hasn't "spoken".....

The older I get the more I enjoy watching the Illini Implosion. My father was a team captain at Illinois and he's been is beyond furious with Illinois Athletics since around 1993. This drives him crazy to no end......

Using a small font size is cool. Well, at least it was the first 20 times you did it.

Do you really think MM has a chance to be head coach for Wisconsin?
What are we all smoking on this board? There may be over 150 programs that are better than NIU.

It's not like he's the only AD that had a plan. The discard pile hasn't had a new plan tossed on it in a while. I'm sure he'll leave his "beloved" NIU when $$ talks.
Sorry, not buying what this guy is selling.

i mean if he resurrects a sh*t football program...in the Big 10. That s a pretty big accomplishment in itself. Don't forget Ilness has some branding issues they need to clean up too. An ethical, accomplished minority AD might be just what they need.

The bar is pretty damn low over in Champaign.. don't think I agree with MD either (no surprise). He doesn't have to walk on water to be considered successful there, just not be a complete failure. Considering the job he's done at NIU, I would find it hard to believe he wouldn't do a decent job there too.

Would it be better if he sets "it in motion" and then isn't around to keep it in motion or to adjust the motion? Guess what ---filmmaker, $138 million guarantees the potential for zipper pain.

Cool. That helps. Even if you were privy to details I know this isn't the place to spill...

Yesterday's release of Frazier's Corner had no mention of this topic, other than the:

Quote: We’ve got something great brewing at NIU Athletics and we need your support and your attendance at our events to truly take it to the next level. I look forward to seeing you in the stands soon!

Thanks HJ 04-cheers
