Brian Wright was FAU's interim coach in 2013 when Carl Pellini was caught doing wacky tobacky at a student party. He went 4-0 as the head coach but was moved back to the OC position when FAU hired Charlie Partridge as the Owls' new head coach in 2014.

I don't think this is a bad move. Partridge should bring in his own guy. There is simply too much talent on that team, most of which is returning next year, to not kick start the offense with new blood. You guys are almost there, in my opinion. I really believe that.

Praise Jesus! Maybe now we can stop with the delayed runs right under center straight up the middle. Guy was absolutely awful. Good riddance
