Pot breath test detects levels of THC

This was a primary concern of mine. A am now pretty close to supporting legalization.

meh, hopefully they work better than breathalyzers. Breathalyzer tests for alcohol are horribly inaccurate. If you have been drinking within 15-30 minutes of blowing into one, it is going to give a vastly overstated level of alcohol.

I don't drink and drive, unless I've only had a beer or two with dinner, but I will refuse a breathalyzer is offered and make them take me in for bloodwork. I'm not getting charged with a DUI because of a flawed piece of machinery.

always refuse....even the most dipshite lawyer will tell you that....5K get's you out of that one

it's only water for me when I dine out......it's not worth the trouble of fighting that battle....

I have stupid shite like this bored <sic> to entertain me if I want to get hammered....

so many people do not understand the residual effect of waste....

having said that, if 'they' want to pretend there is device that measures one's dosage/time based on the reading from said device, AND I don't have to worry about growing my buzz for 'free' and going to jail for that part of the equation....GO FOR IT!
