First four games
Four games in against good competition and we are 2-2, playing all 4 games without our 2 big guys. Our offense is looking good but definitely need to improve on defensive end. Evan is off to a great start and played his best game against Evansville. He is so smart around the basket and can score in so many ways. He may give Craig a challenge for POY in OVC! We have some very tough non conference games ahead (BYU, Valpo twice, MTSU) but this should prepare us well for OVC. I like our team. The 2 freshman are getting good minutes against good competition, and once Mercer and Hadden return, I think our depth is going to allow us to put more pressure on D. I think we will be more balanced in how we score and not relying on the 3 as much as we have in the past.

RE: First four games
I really hope our 3-pointers start dropping. We have been fairly cold from outside. Amanze is looking pretty good. I think he will quietly have a really solid year.

Does anyone know the nature of the injuries to Mack and Tyler? How long are they going to be out?
