First off, congrats to MTSU. Your team fought and clawed, and got the win. No matter how it got it. I should never have counted MT out like I did. Best of luck the rest of the way.

I think this is another loss to MT that will wake these guys up. Special teams was atrocious. Its like someone is posing for smith who was perfect before last week. And now has fallen apart. I think replacing him with curraj was a mistake by the coaches, however.

I am as sick at my stomach from this one as I have ever been over a loss. WVU 2010 sick, and as enraged as i have ever been with anger at our coaching staff.

At the end of the day, nothing changes. We still control our destiny in CUSA. We will end up in the same bowl, and get ready for next season. This team has already over achieved. Time to step back and shake this one off. On to FIU.

Y'all have a helluva program over there in WV, and have won a lot of games over the past 3 seasons. That's not gonna change anytime soon.

I hate to be a Negative Nancy, but I think this shows just how deceiving Marshall's 8-2 record is. Marshall once again struggles in a road game against decent competition. I can't see them beating WKU. I won't be surprised if FIU stops Marshall.

Our team is a lot younger than it was supposed to be at the beginning of the season.. Injuries have forced us deep into our depth chart at basically ever position on offense and a few places on defense.. Lots of freshman and sophomores making plays for us

But, what I noticed tonight was MTSU had a lot of young guys making plays for their football team too. This Marshall-MTSU game is going to be a dog fight for the next several years.. Litton vs. Stockstill may turn into a legendary QB battle in this conference

Why is it Negative Nacy? Marshall's offense has been inconsistent all year. The special teams laying an eye changed the outcome of this game. Nothing changes here that Marshall still has a championship caliber defense.

Marshall used 3 running backs today, just pick a starter and go with him. Maybe give a second back a few carries but running back by committee is why we ended with 139 yards rushing.

Bet it's closer than LaTech vs USM. We're bad and aside from a few idiots we've known it all along. You guys think you've turned a corner, but about to find out for the second time this season there's always another brick wall around the corner.

I feel fine about WKU. Did about MTSU too, but a loss like this wakes up a team that's been winning in spite of mistakes. Their twitter reaction has me feeling ok. Chase simply wrote "never again".
