Ah yes the old Southwest Conference----back when Texas-Arkansas was a big rivalry as of course was Texas-Texas A&M. Texas also usually played Oklahoma most years as well although Oklahoma was in the Big 8 at that time.

Oh well, with the help of the big TV $$$$$$ much of what was good about college football in the 1950s and 1960s has been lost.

Do you think that this Toledo team is the best in five years?
Do you think that this CMU team can keep the score within a TD?

I don't feel any sense of rivalry with you all. I just root for MAC teams whenever they don't play us. I have no dislike for Toledo or any of the other MAC teams.

Ok, I do hate that we keep losing to CMU. But I don't hate CMU.

NIU's rival is MAC East Champs TBD. Toledo should try scheduling them sometime.
