Seriously though, congrats to both XC teams! Two MAC championships in one day? Incredible. Men's Cross Country wins its SIXTH conference championship in a row. They've been a powerhouse, while the women win their first MAC championship in program history.

I know I'm repeating myself, but other than FB (and an occasional sport trending down, e.g., baseball) we have a very good athletic department.

In sports like basketball, the men made the semi in 2014 and the women the finals in 2015. There are 12 teams so making the top 4 or top 2 is a nice achievement.
