03-hissyfit UCF, Tulane and UCONN are not helping the AAC look good
with their rankings. UCF is dead last.

Not sure what their formula is. Overall Memphis is:
4th scoring offense (based on average score)
45th rushing offense (based on average yards)
11th passing offense (based on average yards)
10th - total offense (based on average yards)

Funny thing is that we are 4th in total offense in our conference behind Houston, Tulsa and Cincinnati.

I would guess that this is a scoring efficiency calculation, instead of just a yardage or scoring total measurement.

When it adjusts for strength of schedule, Memphis still holds up at third on offense, and 84th on defense (Odom has Mizzou's D at #6).

I suppose but in the absence of a formula it's hard to tell. Some of their stats appear to be a bit flawed.
