I greatly dislike these generalizations and "in my day" nonsense.

This kid has serious mental issues.

I think he's right with this one. I've seen plenty of people like this. They were coddled - which is NOT loved - since childhood and it creates a nasty superiority complex.

No he's not. There are always been drunk ******** who act entitled since the beginning of time. It's a combination of more people, stricter laws, and the fact that everyone and their brother has a mini recording device in their pocket at all times and they can share it with a billion people in a matter of seconds.

Entitlement wasn't born in the 80's or 90's, these generalizations are as dumb as they come. Besides, who do you think raised the Millennial's?

Ding ding ding! I love when older generations talk about how bad the Millennials are. What they fail to realize is that they are the ones who raised these self-entitled "monsters" and shaped them into who they are today. 03-idea

Am I the only one that thinks its screwed up that this article was publish before he was even found guilty? Like people are posting it to prove the kid is a pos but what if he was innocent? Now this article is on the web for eternity and maybe they got the wrong guy. Just seems low class for the author to publish this 'story'.

Check the date on that blog entry - it's from last year when the kid was a student at UMass. He was arrested twice in two weeks for disorderly conduct and assaulting an officer.

Kudos to the cafeteria manager for not hitting that kid back when he assaulted him.

Yeah i know, I just mean that the author went ahead and published an article on a kid before his court date. At the time this article was posted, he was convicted of nothing, yet the author posted his face, and alleged crimes all over the internet for all to see.

The only reason I bring this up is because one day i was curious whether former ECU basketball players were playing in any pro leagues. I googled Shamarr Bowden, and of course all the articles about him are him being arrested by US marshals on felony gun charges. . . like that's what an employer would see, or anyone who googles him. Well it turns out they arrested the wrong guy and all charges were dropped. All those articles are there forever. Can't help but think people who post peoples faces next to crimes before they're found guilty are some of the sh*ttiest people on earth

The next stop for this kid is working full time at the drive thru for the remainder of his days. His new career trajectory should really please the mom and dad who created this entitled little monster. I hope it was worth it, kid!!!

True. I seen a 65 year old man act the same way when a food truck stand ran out of funnel cakes at the state fair. He did not want to walk 400 yards to get it from another stand. He went to raising hell right then and there, wanting to fight everyone in the stand. But its a generational thing.....

Between the underage drinking, open container, cursing at a staff member, pushing a student, pushing a staff member, spitting on a staff member - I'm assuming his academic experience at UConn has come to a close.

Absolutely amazing patience. To be fair, my guess is he knew he was being filmed and went waaaaaay out of his way to avoid ANY possibility of that video causing him any legal or job related problems down the line. Still---amazing restraint--and he never lifted a finger until his employee took the kid down. At that point, the decision to use force was out of his hands.

Yeah plenty of old guys are tools you just didn't have other people filming their entire life experiences to document it like we do now.

Punk Boy has some serious issues. He will probably end up getting beat to death, or spend time in jail.
