Dating back to like 60 years. It's not like they play every year. Miami beat them last season @ Miami Cincy beat this this season @ Cincy.

It's not a bad loss for Miami. There are several "Power 5" teams that would have gone in there and lost tonight.

Nah. Pretty bad loss.

Ummm, you failed to mention that we beat Cincy. You know the team that just beat Miami.

You are the ones saying you shouldn't schedule us because it makes you look bad. How weak is that?

A Louisville fan talking down to us is pretty funny too. You sound like you have tiny dick syndrome.

When we put that 56-0 beat down on Memphis in 2010, I heard many of our fans asking "why did we even schedule this game?" It was a joke

I watched the NFL last night, but it's clear that Miami lost this game vs UC winning it based on the boneheaded decisions by Golden brought up in this thread.

Louisville, you lost at home to an AAC team. You of all people should know the badge on the jersey doesn't define a program. Any team can succeed any year. It's really a shame the college ecosystem trys to divide people into "haves" and "have nots". All we are saying is our teams should be treated like any other conf. And at the end of the year if we have one team that sticks out, they deserve to be considered for the playoffs. UL is 2 seasons removed and they act like they don't know what we're talking about.

We have had to claw our way up. Houston was on top once and then fell backwards. There is a difference in our programs. 07-coffee3

I did not say that. ACC is a much better league, I don't think it's even close. My point was that being scared to schedule AAC teams it's ridiculous.

If a team like VTech loses to ECU, they will probably end up going 3 -5 or 4-4 in conference anyways, so it's not ECU that made them look bad, THEY are BAD.

By the way I got the UH vs FSU wrong it's actually 12 -2-2 in Houston's favor.

It is aac people who are always telling folks how good they are and how they deserve to be in a p5 league. If the aac were so great, that wouldn't be necessary.

Have to agree with this. The AAC, understandably so, has a major inferiority complex.

I participate in the pickem, so I come here weekly. Of all fans of any school. I don't mind a little smack, but bringing up a win you had when we had Larry Porter as our head coach isn't anything to brag about. Memphis was HORRIBLE during those years. He went 3-21 overall. We got blown out by everyone.

Things are different with Coach Fuente. To deny that would show you either 1 don't know anything about football, or 2 you're just talking smack being defensive and there is no reason for it.

You lead the series all time with Memphis 24-19. That is not domination. That's called a good series.

There have been good games and complete domination games by both teams. Most Memphis fans I know, especially on our board consider Louisville a program to look up too. You guys did it right starting to invest in football years ago.

We didn't. We just started a few seasons ago and our program is finally seeing some life. TCU, Utah, and Louisville have made it out and THAT is to be respected. However, the 1 fan you have which I made specifically clear in my post that is going around claiming The ACC is the AACs Superbowl is completely wrong.

Memphis fans in general still consider Louisville a rival.

There is no domination head to head. Louisville leads the series for sure, but Louisville has NOT dominated us by any means.

Louisville has the better overall program that is undeniable. We're building new facilities to catch up to the P5 in that regard. As far as tradition, it's not even close. Head to head it is a good series.

Nah. Pretty bad loss.

Now this I disagree with. Is it really? Take a look around you. UC's football program is on the same level as half the ACC. Miami is obviously on the outs right now and they probably consider it a bad loss, but with the state that program is in, they shouldn't be that surprised. Reality is that it's been a long time since Miami was good. Based on your comments, I doubt you disagree with me there.
