Maybe the students can take the opposite approach - try to eat all of JMU's food. If we can get JMU to run out of food, it will get the message across.

Why is the food at JMU not great food? Other schools with just "good food" are not JMU peers. JMU should be calling other schools every day to figure out when JMU could take a great food school spot and then turn it down.

Okay food has gotten JMU this far, why food?
