DeAngelo Williams
2 TD's in the first half for Pitt.

Another big time game for him.

There's no way that Pittsburgh won't find ways to get him on the field when Bell gets back next week. He's been incredible so far this season

Carolina refusing to actually hand the ball off to DW is going to make him more $$ in the long run.

Good for him.

Yes. Do you know how much I HATED Tony Dorcett when I was a kid? And that smarmy Tom - I never smile - Landry. What an A-hole.

maybe in the off season the Steelers have a chance to go deep this season so I don't see them trading him

Unfortunately, Deangelo is going to be relegated to backup duty from now on.

Jerry could trade 2 of our RB's for DW.
McFadden is the only capable back we have now.

Tom Landry was one of the most loving, caring individuals ever. (I knew him. He coached my cousin) The way he approached coaching was different than most coaches today. Tom felt that emotions could cloud your play. If you were emotion free...you could go out there and execute...which might explain why a lot of his Cowboys teams could win games in so many 1 & 2 minute situations. They also had games where they played like flat robots...so there is that.

Most coaches today use the opposite approach. They want to psyche the players up to get them to play out of their minds. You have to find a fine line on that...because there is only so much that you can pump someone up like that before they get emotionally drained. One coach who was bad about that was Bruce Pearl at Tennessee. His UT teams lost several games to teams they had no business losing to.

Steelers will want draft picks...they don't want the Cowboys backs.
