I have little doubt that he would implement some form of Marxism if he could. I don't think it would look like Sovet-style communism, but I think he'd love to take over the means of production, pay a contractor to run it with the bureaucracy acting as the board, and redistribute the "profits".

No, but he got a little test run with the auto companies. I wouldn't put it past him to try if we have another financial meltdown in the next year. Not sure that they could get to private companies or small business under our laws, but they are becoming fewer and further between.

I don't remember Obama jumping to Trump's defense a few weeks ago when he was being called a rapist. Besides, is there something wrong with being a Muslim? Why is that considered an insult?

That is in fact true. In the eyes of the Quoran if your father is a Muslim, you are a Muslim. That is not unique. In Judaism if your Morher is Jewish, you are Jewish. In the Middle Ages you were Catholic first, Nationality second.
Obama is a 'believer' in Liberation Theology. It takes bits and pieces from many different areas and can claim kinship with several religions while being neither. It's very difficult to pin what exactly it is, but it is more a Political than Spiritual movement. Interesting to read up on.

I see zero evidence that Obama is Christian beyond political expediency.

A careful examination seems to point to him being an atheist, who has a soft spot for Muslims because of his childhood in Indonesia.

George W seemed to be a sincere Christian, but I don't think Hillary, Bill, Kerry, Obama, Reagan, Dole or McCain were. Though all of them claimed to be Christians.

Of course, only God knows what's in each man's heart. This is just speculation.
