Meanie. I'm headed out to a light show myself tonight.

That's how UConn celebrates achieving 50% of their season win total in Week 1.

Damn right. I'm just glad I'm in a real city this weekend to celebrate (New York)...not podonk, O-hi-o.

Crowd isn't what it was going to be....which is disappointing. But oh well...least we are getting to play.

Hopefully UC counts tix sold rather than butts in seats (like they always do).

Looks like Kiel is done for the night. He proved he hasn't lost anything from last season and his timing with the receivers was on. Nice to see a running game and the defense is way better than last year - even against an FCS school.

Nice to see Moore getting some reps - we need a solid backup.

Tuberville said Kiel will play one, maybe two more series in the 2nd half. After that, it's garbage time.

That's probably tickets sold, but considering two hours of monsoon, the crowd was still pretty good.

I think there was a 20% chance of rain when I left my home near Dayton. When a few drops started to fall, I thought it was a passing cloud. It was unreal.

So disappointing to have this happen just before this long-awaited opening. There was such a buzz in the air. After the first hour of standing under shelter, you could just feel the energy level subside.
