"Much has been made of the Eagles’ lack of depth at outside linebacker, especially now with Marcus Smith out for a few weeks. One guy who really stood out Saturday night was Diaheem Watkins, an undrafted rookie free agent who played at UAB last year. He had three tackles, a sack and a QB hit and just looked active and physical while he was out there. A guy to keep an eye on the rest of the preseason."

Reading that this morning brought a huge grin to my face. Keep it going Diaheem!

One minor positive I've noticed from all of the collective hell we've had to endure these past nine months or so is that we're more commonly being called 'UAB' now instead of 'Alabama-Birmingham'. It isn't much, but I'll take any positives I can get from this massive crime we're still putting up with.

Actually it's a pretty big deal. For those of you with siblings, do you prefered to be addressed as "This is Mike Jones little brother, Joe" all the time. Or do you prefer to be addressed as "This is Joe Jones."
