Well over 400 kids out at West Campus Field for today's soccer clinic!

Currently in a weather delay. West Campus Field was pretty much standing room only before the storm rolled in.

Game postponed to 1 PM tomorrow. Shame it was delayed with a good crowd there.

When the game was stopped there were still students coming in. Hopefully they come back tomorrow.

Wish we had a pep band at the games. Don't really need cheerleaders but a band to get chants and songs going would be cool.

Has the new field been completed yet or were they playing on the old field?

Pardon my lack of knowledge & memory. I don't recall if the old field was torn down to make room for the new one or if the new one is in another spot.

Old field still there. New field not finished. Old field is West Campus. New field is right next to the exit ramp of 65 N at University.

According to Ingram, the new track (with synthetic infield for the band, among other things) is going where the current field is.

Well, #11 Clemson stomped the crap out of the Blazers, defeating them 5-1 today. Season starts next Friday at University of Memphis. My intention was to go to the game, but the same storm that postponed yesterday's game also postponed my son's soccer game, which has been rescheduled to next Friday night at the same time UAB and Memphis plays.
