That's about as relevant as your average games won between 2011 and 2014.

Yep, only if you are behind in the series.

Thu 9/3

FIU @ UCF
MY LINE: UCF 45-17 This will be ugly

WKU @ Vandy
MY LINE: WKU 27-24 WKU appears to be better than Vandy on paper but a home game for Vandy keeps this close.

UTSA @ Arizona
MY LINE: Arizona 35-17. Might be ugly since this is a home game for Arizona

Fri 9/4

Charlotte @ GSU
MY LINE: Charlotte 27-24 YES!, I think Charlotte can get this.

Sat 9/5

ODU @ EMU
MY LINE: ODU 28-17 Don't see ODU losing this.

UTEP @ Arkansas
MY LINE: Arkansas 31-18

Wagner @ Rice
MY LINE: Rice 45-10 This will be ugly.

FAU @ Tulsa
MY LINE: FAU 27-24 Tulsa was garbage last year with FAU being slightly less.

Southern @ LaTech
MY LINE: La Tech 27-24 Both teams had good seasons last season...I think this can be close

Jackson St @ MTSU
MY LINE: MTSU 28- 17 MTSU should win.

Miss St @ USM
MY LINE: Miss St 31-13 Hoping USM shows better but I am not sure this game be it.

Sun 9/6

Purdue @ Marshall
MY LINE: Marshall 27-21Admittedly I am not up on Marshall's new QB situation so I am keeping this one close but in Marshall's favor since it is a home game.

23-20 charlotte--damn close to being 100%

RE: Lines in the Sand (C-USA)- Week 1
Week 1 Now closed. Through Friday, we had 57 entries...a new high for LITS. Thanks for great participation.

As of Friday games:
6 correctly picked FIU
48 correctly picked WKU
53 correctly picked Arizona
22 correctly picked Charlotte

Go C-USA. We stand 3-1 at this point. Best of luck to the rest of our teams this weekend! I was able to watch 3 of the games on TV, and enjoyed the heck out of all three. Sure there was some sloppy play in all 3 of those games, but a win is a win is a win. (Plus UTSA surprised a lot of us with some very good play against Arizona. If that QB continues to develop, the West just got more interesting.) Biggest lesson for me so far, no one better take FIU lightly. MCGough is fairly poised as QB, the running game has improved, and the defense is very good...particularly against the run. The East also just got a bit more interesting! Love this conference.
