Is Bronco Insider video worth the $$$$$
Thinking of gobbling up the $39.95 deal available right now. Some advise would be appreciated...

It's fine for hoops, don't need it for football.

Get Apple TV and watch ESPN3 on it.

In the next few years all MAC bball games will be available on ESPN3

IMO it isn't worth it. You can find MOST of the hoops games through legitimate/illegitimate sources on the Internet. Home games can be tricky, most away games have other set up that have free streaming.

04-cheers Yes it is in my opinion John. I have used it for years. Yes some times you can find games else where but not always in m experience. Some other schools are $10-12 to watch game on one day pass so three of those and your behind the game.

I used to buy it solely for hockey, but now that we're in the BEST CONFERENCE IN THE NATION, we have a conference feed seperate from Insider. The great part is the other teams have awesome production and camera work, so the quality for many of our games is quite good.

It's antiquated technology, and they know it. Still uses Flash Player which can't be streamed on IPhone. They're not upgrading because the MAC has a deal with ESPN3 that is to be implemented on a team by team basis over the next few years. NIU and CMU have upgraded and are on it. Until it is our turn for the ESPN3 upgrade the antiquated Flash Player stream will remain.

If you want to sit in front of your desk top it's great. If you want to upgraded technology, IPad, IPhone, Smart TV streaming, then Insider is pretty bad

Sometimes Robin Hook paints a better picture using his own damn words than the camera operators are able provide you with a literal video feed.
