Dude lighten up it's Sunday. Facts: USF all time percentage .549, UCF all time percentage .541. Stop trying to act like you've been a BCS buster forever, and we've been a dumpster fire forever. When you get old enough you will learn these things cycle.

All the UCF smack talk but they never want to talk about the fact that our program is 18 teams years younger than theirs. By EVERYONEs account, other than UCF, USF has way outperformed what a young program could do. No team as young as we are has ever beat FSU, Miami or Auburn...let alone Notre Dame. All successes that UCF cant claim.

Yes, UCF has had a couple seasons where they had a higher overall win then USF but UCF still doesnt have anywhere near the number of wins over Power 5/ BCS wins as USF. Give us the extra 18 years that UCF has and I think we get that access bowl win too.

You were given the label sleeping giant and got into the Big East a BCS conference because of your media market School size and so-called potential. Meanwhile UCF was an independent then the MAC (yuck). Once UCF got into conference USA they were able to start building a football program and compete at a high-level and quite frankly you want to talk about getting a head start? USF was in the Big East seven years and not one BCS bowl. UCF had one year in a BCS conference and went to and won a BCS bowl. I took up for UCF now I feel dirty.

So youre saying because USF was smart enough to position themselves well that the fact that UCF started football 18 years ahead of us doesnt count?

Thats not your greatest argument. The simple fact is that UCF had a massive head start on us and yet we were still able to beat them out for a Big East invite. That should have never happened. I am not certain if thats a positive for USF or just really proving how much of a dumpster fire UCFs athletics had been for decades.

Saying that USF positioned themselves well as a way to discredit really isnt an argument. Just because one team makes good decisions and one doesnt is an excuse and not a true argument. If USF had started their football team at the same time, then comparisons would be much easier to do but there has to be some level of adjustment for a schools that are new.

This year marks our 18th year. If you were to compare our success to UCFs for the first 18 years I seriously doubt anyone would say anything bad about what weve accomplished.
