Host three good Southern teams in the BCC to water down the bammer. Say UAB vs. Tennessee and Southern Miss vs. Georgia in a CUSA-SEC fest.

So what does UAB do to respond to both schools playing in Bham, to show it's a big time program.

Run through the conference and win another game or two in the tournament this year.

Arkansas would fit great for a BJCC tournament. Give a call to Davis too for a extra school.

@9911 I don't think that's enough anymore sadly. This is the best time to get UAB on the next level with Haase. Anderson thought stepping stone job, Davis thought he was bigger than the program, and Haase worked around the big time and he's humble too boot.

Next level for UAB is built thru winning high level pre season tournaments and deep post season runs leading to being ranked consistently. Playing games at the BJCC is not a step to the next level, it's what you do for the big games after you are on the next level.

Yep. Gonzaga, butler, Wichita state, vcu, etc have proven this.

Right, now if it takes the BJCC to host any of those squads in Bham in any format I think UAB should definitely take it into consideration which was a stipulation in the past some mentioned years ago.

I'd say play somebody in Tuscaloosa or Montgomery but...

If you go to the game sit together and wear Green and Gold. Tell the Oregon fans we will be there wearing green and gold supporting their team, and to send tickets...

Why would a UAB fan go to the game and support any cartel member?

Just to be generally spiteful.

Wait, was that a rhetorical question?

UAT's new basketball coach was a response to something Pearl did also (in Nashville)
